Chick-fil-A is hiring a Back of House Team Member- Prep to produce quality food and provide exceptional dining experiences. You will work directly for an independent Owner/Operator in a friendly, team-oriented environment.

Position includes full-time and part-time options with opportunities for advancement. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong customer service, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Evening availability (e.g. 2-8pm).
• Must be able to work Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
• Consistent and reliable.

• Loves serving and helping others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare produce for salads, wraps, and fruit.
• Prepare cold trays for catering orders.
• Ensure accuracy, taste, and presentation of food.
• Maintain knowledge via in-house training.
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code.
• Other duties as assigned.
