• Complete opening and closing tasks as assigned
• Follow food safety and restaurant procedures

General Team Expectations:

What You’ll Do:

• Support daily operations with urgency and attention to detail
• Ensure smooth open/close procedures in prep operations
• Execute daily prep assignments
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and labor guidelines
• Foster a fun, caring, and high‑performance team environment
• Demonstrates urgency and willingness to correct all issues
• Complete daily and weekly checklists
• Ensure compliance with Ecosure, health department, labor laws, Pathway/ORG procedures and Operator goals
• Demonstrates Care for equipment, proper maintenance, and reports any issues immediately
• Uses BOH systems (AHA, LEAN, Breading iPads) to ensure operational success
