Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is hiring a Morning Prep Team Member in Batavia, IL. This role focuses on preparing fresh salads and ingredients for daily service, with an emphasis on teamwork and reliability in a friendly, fast-paced kitchen.

The position offers morning hours (Mon-Sat, approx. 7:00 AM–3:00 PM), no late nights, and a chance to learn food prep while contributing to guest satisfaction. Prior kitchen experience is not required; training provided.

Typical Schedule

Monday-Saturday

Approximately 7:00 AM–3:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Prepare fresh chicken salads, sides, and ingredients
• Portion products according to recipes
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
• Follow food safety standards
• Help create an exceptional experience for every guest

We're looking for someone who:
