Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick in Matthews, NC is hiring for the morning crew. We need 2–3 people with a positive attitude who enjoy teamwork and moving fast. This role is ideal for parents, students, retirees, or anyone seeking flexible, part-time hours.

Shifts are Front of House 10:30am-3pm, Sandwich Line 10:30am-3pm, and Prep 8am-3pm. We are closed Sundays and offer a friendly, family-like environment.

We are looking for 2-3 people to add to our morning crew! The ideal candidate is FUN, has a servant's heart, enjoys working with others and moving fast, and has availability to work 3-4 days a week! This is perfect for parents with kids in school, retirees, college students, and work-based learning students. Ideal shift times are:

Front of House: 10:30am-3pm

Sandwich Line: 10:30am-3pm

Prep: 8am-3pm

CLOSED on SUNDAYS

Chicken Salad Chick provides a delicious menu with a variety of 12 Chicken Salads, homemade sides, delicious soups, and great sandwiches. This location is one of the originals to the franchise and we are looking for a hospitality professional to help us maintain a team of excellence and superb service.
