Qualifications

• Follow all food safety practices and cleanliness standards per guidelines.
• Maintain freshness by rotating ingredients using FIFO.
• Read prep instructions and portion ingredients accurately.
• Assist with restocking and keep stations organized.

Responsabilités

• Back of house: prep vegetables, proteins, cheeses, herbs, dressings to standard.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Open and mid-shift duties including cleaning and restocking.
• Report equipment or food quality issues.
