Green + The Grain is seeking friendly, hardworking team members for our Rochester location. This role blends kitchen prep and front‑of‑house service, offering variety and a clear view of our fast casual operation.

You will help prepare ingredients, assemble salads, take orders, and ensure a warm guest experience. Training covers prep, service, dish, and cleaning with a focus on cleanliness and safety. Experience is a plus, but eager learners are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices.
• Greet guests with a warm, friendly attitude and provide exceptional customer service.
• Toss, mix, and assemble salads according to menu standards and guest modifications.
• Accurately read and complete in-store and online orders in a timely manner once fully cross-trained.
• Package and hand off online orders for customer pickups and delivery drivers.
