Job summary

Green + The Grain Denver City is seeking friendly, hardworking team members for a role that combines kitchen prep and front-of-house service at our downtown Denver location.

No nights, no weekends, and flexible 15–30 hour schedules; training provided; Free lunch, PTO, and opportunities for growth within our fast casual concept.

You will prepare ingredients, serve guests, and maintain cleanliness while ensuring a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn all stations including prep, service line, dish, and cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Follow all food safety practices and cleanliness standards.
• Rotate ingredients using FIFO and monitor freshness.
• Prep vegetables, proteins, cheeses, and dressings to standard.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Read and follow prep instructions, batch recipes, and checklists.
• Assist with restocking ingredients and supplies.
• Keep prep stations clean and organized.
• Assist with opening and mid shift duties.
• Report equipment or quality issues to the manager.
• Greet guests, provide exceptional service, and assemble salads.
• Read and complete in-store and online orders; manage pickups and deliveries.
• Maintain a clean service/bowling station and stock rotation.
• Assist with miscellaneous side work during slower periods.
