Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of clerical, customer service, or data entry experience with Windows and micro computer applications.
• Two years of general medical record experience in a medical record department.

Responsibilities

• Preps all records in the manner and order required, and scans all records into the optical Imaging System.
• Forwards all scanned documents to the QC/Indexing area.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of experience in record assembly/analysis or record prepping/scanning; OR two (2) years of clerical, customer service, or data entry experience with Windows, HBOC and other micro computer applications; OR two (2) years of general medical record experience in a medical record department.
• Excellent Analytical, Reading, Comprehension, and Communication skills.

Preferred:

• Three (3) years of experience with record assembly analysis.
• One (1) year of experience with imaging systems.
• One (1) year of experience working as a receptionist, in a mail room or in a medical records environment.

Work Hours:

6am-245pm
