La Madeleine is hiring for a Prep/Pastry Team member in San Antonio, TX. You’ll assist in prepping ingredients and crafting signature pastries, while maintaining high standards of quality and freshness for daily menu items.

This role supports a fast-paced kitchen with a focus on teamwork, recipe adherence, and proper safety practices. Full-time or part-time schedules with a friendly, inclusive environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Create Pastry Perfection: Assist in crafting La Madeleine’s signature pastries and baked goods with precision and consistency.
• Maintain Quality & Freshness: Inspect ingredients and finished items to ensure every dish meets our high standards.
• Follow Recipes & Standards: Adhere to portioning, presentation, and storage guidelines to guarantee consistency.
• Keep It Clean & Organized: Maintain a tidy prep and pastry area, properly sanitize tools, and follow all safety procedures.
• Support the Team: Collaborate with fellow associates to ensure smooth kitchen operations and timely food preparation.
