The Fire Rock Navajo Casino in Church Rock, NM is seeking a dedicated cook to support the restaurant team. Under general direction from the Sous Chef, Restaurant Chef and/or Executive Chef, you will prepare cold food items in line with production requirements and policies, contributing to a smooth, high-standard dining operation.

You will maintain all food preparation standards in a safe, accident-free environment, and work collaboratively with kitchen staff to meet daily quality targets.

Qualifications

• Under general direction from the Sous Chef, Restaurant Chef and/or Executive Chef, maintains an efficient restaurant operation by preparing cold food items in accordance with production requirements and established policies and procedures.
• Maintains all food preparation standards in a safe, accident-free environment.
