Harmony Bowl is seeking a Prep/Line Cook for our growing restaurant in Colorado Springs. You will arrive on time to prepare and serve the menu, maintaining a high standard of food quality and service while supporting a smooth kitchen operation.

The role requires experience as a prep/line cook, basic food safety knowledge, and strong teamwork and communication in a fast-paced environment. We offer benefits and opportunities to advance within hospitality.

Qualifications

• Background as a prep/line cook or related experience.
• Basic food safety knowledge and ability to learn handling techniques.
• Excellent customer service and team collaboration.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cold foods, ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers.
• Prepare food in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Expedite orders while maintaining quality and using FIFO.
• Observe and test food to regulate temperatures for safety.
• Cook foods by baking, roasting, frying, and grilling.
• Maintain inventory and rotate stock using FIFO system.
• Prepare dinner items prior to service based on typical volume.
• Assist and train kitchen staff in guidelines for temperature control and sanitation.
• Create dishes that connect guests to our bowling experience.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested by management.
