Qualifications

• Previous experience as Line Cook or Prep Cook is preferred.
• Culinary training is a plus but not required.
• Knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Set up, stock, and maintain stations before, during, and after shifts.
• Execute dishes accurately and within ticket times.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation throughout each shift.
• Assist with daily food preparation, labeling, rotation, and inventory as needed.
• Operate and maintain kitchen equipment.
• Communicate effectively with chefs and kitchen staff.
• Work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work responsibilities.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
