Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves.
• Assist with kitchen deliveries, proper storage, organization, and rotation.
• Arrive on time, groomed, dressed, and ready; attend trainings and meetings.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs promptly.
• Maximize sales potential through prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safe work procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary working/shopping environment; ensure equipment cleanliness.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; verify pricing; report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
