Culver’s is seeking a Prep Specialist to join our team in Minnesota. You will prepare and portion high quality food, ensuring cost efficiency and timely service while maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction.

Pay range is $15.00-$21.00 per hour. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and adherence to safety and quality standards. You will work with a team to deliver a consistent guest experience and uphold Culver’s brand values.
