Avocado Green Brands in Fullerton is seeking a Prep-Finisher to join the Carpentry team. You will shape, finish, and restore our eco-friendly wood frames and furniture, inspecting for damage, repairing parts, and applying finishes.

The role requires experience with staining and finishing, tool proficiency, and strong attention to detail. The position is on-site at our Fullerton facility with participation in a dynamic, growth-minded team committed to sustainable design and manufacturing.

• Previous experience as a Wood Finisher is preferred.

This role will report to the Carpentry Manager.The Carpentry Prep-Finisher will shape, finish, and restore our products. As a wood finisher, you will be required to examine the product, identify damaged areas, disassemble the basic parts, and smooth or shape the wood. You will also be required to apply finishing lubricants to achieve the desired color and design. This candidate will be part of a dynamic fast-growing team responsible for creating our eco-friendly organic mattress wood frames and furniture pieces!* *Note on Location: Here at Avocado Green Brands, we treasure teamwork and working together in person.
