Ann's Choice by Erickson Senior Living in Bucks County, PA is hiring a Prep Cook/Utility Worker to support daily kitchen operations. You will assist in preparing items, maintain clean stations, and help stock and organize ingredients.

We offer competitive pay starting at $17.00/hr for prep cook and $15.50/hr for utility, with benefits, PTO, 401(k) match, and employee dining discounts. Weekend availability and ability to lift 50 pounds required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the consistent preparation of all food items according to proper safety and cooking techniques.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen and work station.
• Use culinary skills to prepare and assemble high quality menu items for residents.
• Provide organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food prep areas.
• Support stock/utility team with inventory, receiving, and stocking.
• Work safely using designated safety equipment including PPE.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Provide exceptional organization and cleanliness for kitchen, dining and storage areas, equipment, and food preparation areas
• Support stock/utility team members with inventory, receiving, verification, stocking, and tracking
• Work safely using designated safety equipment, including personal protective equipment (PPE)

What You Will Need

• Must be able to work some weekends and holidays.
• Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, from hot kitchens to cold refrigerators and freezers
