Compass Group USA, through its Canteen operation at Allen Harim in Harbeson, DE, is hiring immediate full-time and part-time prep cooks. Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following recipes.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment after use.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items per policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Assists with taking orders and serving customers in a timely, friendly manner.
