Description

We are hiring a Prep Cook at the upscale Toscana Kitchen and Wine Market!

Pay Scale: $17-$20/hour, based on experience. Full-time, 9AM-4PM shifts, weekend availability required.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare sauces, desserts, ingredient prep, and fresh pastas of consistent quality following brand recipe cards.
2. Proper documentation on all food containers with adherence to rotations per SOP.
3. Practice safety standards at all times.
4. Report to work in full, clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve.
5. Be proactive with ordering, pars, food preparations, and equipment upkeep to eliminate service obstacles.
