Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse is seeking a Prep Cook to join our kitchen team in a fast-paced environment. You will assist Line Cooks and Pantry, help with food prep, and maintain a clean, safe prep area, walk-in cooler and freezer. You must be able to stand for extended periods and stay energetic throughout shifts.

Salary range depends on experience; join a team focused on delivering guest-first service and high standards in a bustling restaurant setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist Line Cooks and Pantry when necessary with food preparation.
• Continually maintain a clean, safe and sanitary Prep Area, Walk-In Cooler and Freezer.
