Job summary

Sullivan's Steakhouse is seeking a Prep Cook in Raleigh, NC to join our high-energy kitchen. You will assist line cooks and pantry with food preparation, maintain a clean prep area and cold storage, and operate kitchen equipment with a strong focus on safety.

This is a non-exempt, full-time position with opportunities for growth in a busy, guest-first environment. Ideal candidates bring a positive attitude, resilience in a fast-paced setting, and the ability to stand for long periods.
