Chili's is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to help set the pace for a great shift. You will prepare a variety of foods, follow safety policies, and stock and set up stations. A friendly, fast-thinking individual who enjoys teamwork fits this role.

Role Overview

Properly execute all recipe procedures
Prepare a variety of foods with different methods of preparation
Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
Complete assigned prep work to stock and set-up stations
Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

About You

Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members
Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position
