Job summary

Chili's is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to join our Heart of House. You will learn and execute all recipes, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and help keep orders moving with a fast, customer-focused pace.

We offer a flexible schedule—part-time or full-time—and a supportive team atmosphere with opportunities to grow within the company.

Qualifications

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor when working with Team Members.
• Ability to think and act quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
• Prior experience in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position preferred.

• Properly learn and execute all of our recipe procedures
• Maintain cleanliness throughout kitchen
• Follow company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
• Communicate ticket times to Team Members
• Keep food orders flowing continuously from the kitchen
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment

About You

• Friendly, warm, and caring demeanor with Team Members
• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Ability to use slicers, mixers, grinders, food processors, etc.
• Prior experience preferred in a similar food and beverage service and preparation position
