Job summary

Chili's Knoxville is seeking Kitchen Team Members to be the Heart of House, keeping pace for every shift and delivering fast, friendly service.

You will execute recipes, prep diverse foods, and operate slicers, mixers, grinders and food processors while following safety policies and stocking stations for a smooth operation and a welcoming dining experience for guests.

Flexible scheduling allows part-time or full-time hours, with growth opportunities and a supportive team atmosphere.

• Thinks and acts quickly in a fast-paced environment

Our Kitchen, or as we like to say at Chili's our Heart of House, Team Members are responsible for setting the pace for a great shift, every shift. They provide dependable, fast service that is absolutely Chili's. If you take pride in great team work, then we want to hear from you!
