Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Culinary Arts or Apprenticeship preferred.
• 1+ year kitchen experience in fast-paced, cook-to-order environment preferred.
• Experience with scratch cooking preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate in English to direct and train staff.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items at the station (meats, vegetables, breads, desserts) to specification.
• Maintain quality and portion controls for Resident meals and guest interactions.
• Model professional, courteous service under Executive Chef guidance.
