FISD, part of Compass Group USA, is hiring a full-time Prep Cook at Hamden Hall Country Day School, 1108 Whitney Avenue, Hamden, CT. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:00 pm, with a pay range of $19.00–$20.00 per hour. Previous deli, cooking, and sanitation experience is preferred.

Health benefits and meal programs are available across locations. Responsibilities include following production schedules, preparing items from recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to HACCP guidelines

Responsabilidades

• Prepares food according to daily production schedule and recipes.
• Serves customers in a timely, friendly manner.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment per standard procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates food items to HACCP guidelines.
• Maintains proper portion control and food temperatures.
