A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve meals for patients and cafeteria services. The role involves ensuring food quality, following recipes, and maintaining sanitation standards. Ideal candidates will have previous cooking experience and effective communication skills.

The Cook prepares, serves, and forecasts all items needed for menu services according to recipes and production methods as directed. This position will prepare meals for patients following specific diets, prepare meals for cafeteria service, and prep ingredients/recipes for daily operations.
Walking for up to 7 hours, sitting for up to 1 hour, and standing up to 1.5 hours in 30-minute intervals. Frequently handles objects and occasionally twists/turns, lifts (1-50 lb.), carries (1-50 lb.), pushes (1-50 lb.), and pulls (1-50 lb.). Occasionally stoops/bends, climbs, and reaches above shoulder level. Must have the ability to hear normal conversation and have general, far, and peripheral vision.
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Effective communication in English required.
Previous cooking experience, preferably in a hospital or restaurant setting. On-the-job training will be provided.
