Morrison Healthcare is hiring immediately for part-time PREP COOK positions.

Location: Mayo Clinic - 2321 Stout Road, Menomonie, WI 54751. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Part-time, with varying days and hours (e.g., 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm), including holidays and rotating weekends. More details provided during interview.

Requirements: Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required.

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers according to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
2. Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
3. Complete and follow daily worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
4. Operate and clean equipment after use.
5. Store, label, and date all food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
6. Complete required documentation and reports.
7. Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
8. Take customer orders and prepare quick-serve items.
9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
10. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
11. Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
