Job Details
  • We are hiring immediately for part-time PREP COOK positions.
  • Location: Mayo Clinic - 2321 Stout Road, Menomonie, WI 54751. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Part-time shifts, days may vary, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 11:00 am to 7:00 pm, including holidays and rotating weekends; more details upon interview.
  • Requirement: Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not required.
  • Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers according to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Responsibilities
  1. Obtain daily production schedules from the Chef.
  2. Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
  3. Complete production worksheets and quality checks.
  4. Operate and clean equipment after use.
  5. Store, label, and date food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
  6. Complete required documentation and reports.
  7. Follow health and sanitation regulations.
  8. Take customer orders and prepare quick-service items.
  9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
  10. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
  11. Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
