We are hiring immediately for a part-time PREP COOK position.

Location: Coca-Cola - 1 Coca-Cola Plaza, Atlanta, GA 30313. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Part-time; Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 4:40 pm. More details upon interview.

Requirement: One year of prior prep cook experience is required.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
2. Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
3. Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals for quality.
4. Operate and clean equipment after each use.
5. Store, label, and date all food items according to policy, following HACCP guidelines.
6. Complete documentation, reports, and logs as required.
7. Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
8. Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short prep time.
9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
10. Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
11. Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
