Bon Appétit Management Company is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time prep cook positions at SCAD, 231 West Boundary Street, Savannah, GA 31401. No experience required; training provided. Pay range $15.00 to $16.00 per hour, with shift premium up to $3.25/hour.

Night and weekend availability is required. As a prep cook you will follow recipes, prepare items from production sheets, maintain sanitation per HACCP, and serve customers efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items requiring short preparation time.
• Serves customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Operates and cleans equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Follows HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply.
