Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Ensures food is served at correct temperatures and properly portioned while maintaining taste and presentation.
• Maintains clean and organized work areas; follows safe food-handling procedures.
• Assists in inventory planning, ordering and receiving of food and supplies as required.
• Reports needed maintenance or faulty equipment to supervisor promptly.
• Adheres to HACCP standards and company policies; participates in safety meetings.
