Qualifications

• Must read and understand a standard recipe.
• Be able to use various types of kitchen equipment.
• General knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow recipes.
• Match preparation of food products to recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work station.
• Prep food items.
• Rotate and date products.
• Assist in setting up the line.
• Bring up orders and store them properly.
• Prepare dishes efficiently according to recipes and standards.
• Adhere to health department regulations.
