Qualifications

• Previous Prep Cook or Kitchen Prep experience required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely.
• Reliable, punctual and focused during busy shifts.
• Open availability for morning shifts; some evenings.
• Weekend and holiday availability.

• Prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes and standards.
• Wash, cut, portion, and organize ingredients for daily service.
• Follow recipes accurately and maintain consistency.
• Keep your workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Help maintain food quality, freshness, and proper storage procedures.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Assist the kitchen team wherever needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
