Job summary

Aspen One is seeking a seasonal full-time Steward/Prep Cook to clean and store utensils, assist with food prep, and support kitchen operations under the Chef De Cuisine. The role requires attention to cleanliness and safety, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent; prior kitchen experience and ServSafe or similar certification are preferred. Applications accepted until August 16, 2026.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scrape, stack, and clean all dishes properly.
• Store dishes and silver in designated locations.
• Set up cleaning area and maintain dish machine.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment and assist in prep as needed.
• Follow daily preparation list to ensure items are ready for service.
• Report problems with food, equipment, or work area to kitchen leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
