Responsibilities

• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and chef instructions.
• Wash, peel, chop, slice, and dice vegetables, proteins, and other ingredients.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation throughout each shift.
• Assist line cooks and kitchen staff during service to ensure smooth operations.
• Store and label food items following FIFO procedures.
• Monitor and rotate stock; alert management to low inventory levels.
• Follow all food safety and health code standards at all times.
