SSA Group is seeking a Prep Cook to prepare ingredients, keep a clean, organized kitchen, and support inventory and storage under the supervision of Kitchen Managers and Executive Chefs. This role requires flexibility to work varied hours, including nights and weekends, while adhering to nutrition and sanitation guidelines.

You will contribute to the SSA guest experience by delivering warm, welcoming service and a collaborative team environment across multiple locations.

Formación

• Food handling license preferred.
• Experience in a kitchen, culinary education, or equivalent training.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare a variety of ingredients, including washing, chopping, seasoning, and marinating.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies.
• Assist in inventory management and storage of supplies.
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly.
• Comply with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
• Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.
