Job summary

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and prep requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Store, label and date all food items; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Take orders from customers and prepare items with short prep times.
• Serve customers efficiently and with a friendly approach.
• Follow recipes and production standards to ensure proper quality and portions.
