Job summary

Hawksmoor Chicago is seeking a Prep Cook to join the team and help open our second international restaurant in Chicago. Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for all Hawksmoor kitchen food preparation.

Key duties include butchery and fish preparation, batches and recipes, food quality and safety, goods receiving, and maintaining kitchen equipment. You will liaise with Senior Chefs and follow company recipes exactly.

• Comfortable with high-volume service and revenue.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills.
