Qualifications

• Prepare food items and ingredients for menu items according to recipes and requests.
• Available to work a variety of hours, including weekends.

• Stand and move in a kitchen with varied spaces and temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Follow portioning controls and par levels.

• Read a thermometer accurately.
• Report delays or issues to the Coordinator.
• Account for all items leaving the kitchen.
• Follow allergy procedures and special orders.
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and team etiquette.
• Collaborate well with others and be a team player.
• Perform other duties as needed.
