Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Prep Cook to join its Eatn Hospitality Group team. The role emphasizes following recipes, proper food handling, and maintaining safety standards in a Monday–Friday schedule.

You will apply professional culinary techniques, assist with prep, and help ensure freshness and quality across all food items. The position offers a collaborative, values-driven environment and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Constant standing/walking tolerance.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds.
• Frequently lifting up to and over 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Application of professional culinary techniques and procedures.
• Cut, weigh, and prepare food items following company procedures and recipes.
• Rotate refrigerated products and dry goods in accordance with FIFO policies.
• Maintain proper temperatures for all foods, coolers and freezers.
• Wrap, label, date and store all food items properly to maintain freshness and quality.
