Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Occasionally lift up to 40 pounds.
• Frequently lift up to 20 pounds and handle basic food prep.

Responsibilities

• Apply professional culinary techniques and procedures.
• Cut, weigh, and prepare food items following recipes.
• Rotate products using FIFO and maintain proper temperatures.
• Wrap, label, date and store food items to preserve freshness.
