Qualified candidates should have prior high-volume prep cooking experience. The position offers a pay range of $18.50–$19.00 per hour, working Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, along with various employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous high-volume prep cooking experience is required.
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily.
• Florida Level 2 background screening may be required.

Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets.
• Taste completed meals to ensure quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use.
• Store, label, and date all food items according to policy.
• Follow HACCP guidelines.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
• Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time.
• Serve customers in an efficient and friendly manner.
• Complete orders and serve customers at multiple stations.
• Use approved food recipes and production standards.
