Responsibilities

• Obtain daily production schedule and prep requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items on production sheets following recipes and quantities.
• Follow daily production worksheets and waste logs; taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment per procedures after each use.
• Store, label, and date all food items; follow HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation, reports, logs as needed.
• Comply with health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Take orders from customers and prepare items with short prep times.
• Serve customers efficiently and politely at multiple stations.
• Use approved recipes and standards to ensure proper portions and temperatures.
