• We are hiring immediately for full-time and part-time PREP COOK positions.
• Location: Culver Academy - 1300 Academy Road, Culver, IN 46511. Note: online applications accepted only.

Job Summary

Summary: Prepare food and serve customers according to applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Obtain daily production schedules and requirements from the Chef.
• Prepare items following recipes and quantities.
• Complete and follow production worksheets, taste meals for quality.
• Operate and clean equipment after use.
• Store, label, and date all food items following HACCP guidelines.
• Complete required documentation and reports.
• Follow health and sanitation regulations.
• Take customer orders and prepare quick-serve items.
• Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
• Use approved recipes and standards for quality and portion control.
• Resolve customer concerns and perform other duties as assigned.
