We are hiring immediately for full-time PREP COOK positions at Delta One Premium Club SEA, 17801 International Blvd., Seatac, WA 98158. Online applications only. Schedule: Full-time; open availability preferred. Hours may vary. Requirements: Asian Cuisine, at least 1 with Pastry experience, restaurant experience required. Pay Rate: $25.67/hour.

Job Summary: Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
  2. Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
  3. Complete and follow worksheets and logs; taste meals for quality.
  4. Operate and clean equipment after use.
  5. Store, label, and date all food items following HACCP guidelines.
  6. Complete required documentation and reports.
  7. Comply with health and sanitation regulations.
  8. Take customer orders and prepare quick-serve items.
  9. Serve customers efficiently and friendly.
  10. Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
  11. Resolve customer concerns.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
