• We are hiring immediately for a full-time PREP COOK position.
• Location: THR - 10864 Texas Health Trail, Fort Worth, TX 76244. Note: online applications accepted only.
• Schedule: Full-time. Days and hours may vary. More details upon interview.
• Requirement: No experience necessary. Willing to train!
• Pay Range: $18.00 to $19.50 per hour.

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers according to federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
2. Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
3. Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals to ensure quality.
4. Operate and clean equipment after use.
5. Store, label, and date food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
6. Complete required documentation, reports, and logs.
7. Follow health and sanitation regulations.
8. Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short prep time.
9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
10. Use approved recipes and standards to ensure quality and portion control.
11. Resolve customer concerns.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
