We are hiring immediately for a full-time PREP COOK position.

Location: Reynolds & Reynolds - 2405 County Line Road, Beavercreek, OH 45430. Note: online applications accepted only.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm; more details upon interview.

Requirement: Previous food prep and cooking experience are preferred but not required. Willing to train.

Internal Employee Referral Bonus Available

Pay Range: $17.50 to $18.50 per hour

Job Summary

Prepares food and serves customers in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Obtain daily production schedule and requirements from the Chef.
2. Prepare items following established recipes and quantities.
3. Complete and follow production worksheets and waste logs. Taste meals for quality.
4. Operate and clean equipment after each use.
5. Store, label, and date food items per policy, following HACCP guidelines.
6. Complete required documentation and reports.
7. Follow health and sanitation regulations.
8. Take customer orders and prepare items requiring short prep time.
9. Serve customers efficiently and courteously.
10. Use approved recipes to ensure quality and proper portioning.
11. Resolve customer concerns.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
