Job summary
Flik Hospitality Group is hiring immediately for full-time Prep Cook positions at UA Houston Club E12 – United Airlines, Houston, TX. Shifts run 5:00 am–1:30 pm or 1:00 pm–9:30 pm; online applications accepted only. Requires previous food prep experience, food safety knowledge, and a ServSafe certificate.
Perks include free parking, uniforms, benefits, and a 401K; an internal referral bonus is available. Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour.
Qualifications
- Previous food prep experience required.
- Food safety knowledge and ServSafe certificate required.
Responsibilities
- Prepares items per production sheets and recipes.
- Receives daily production schedule from the Chef.
- Maintains HACCP and sanitation standards.
- Operates and cleans kitchen equipment after use.
- Stores, labels and dates food items per policy.
- Assists with completing production logs and waste tracking.
