Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes.
• Tastes completed meals to ensure quality and serves customers efficiently.
• Operates and cleans kitchen equipment per department procedures.
• Stores, labels and dates all food items according to policy and HACCP guidelines.
• Completes required documentation and logs; follows health and sanitation regulations.
• Takes orders from customers and prepares items with short preparation times.
• Resolves customer concerns and maintains product quality at all stations.
