Responsibilities

• Provide quality, genuine hospitality in a timely manner.
• Ensure guests feel important and welcome in the restaurant.
• Refer to Daily Prep List for assigned duties at shift start.
• Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables and other items for cooking.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work-station area and comply with safety policies.
